Age Limits & Restrictions
Our space was created for peques 6 and under, however we understand that we are a unique space and welcome older children, if they are still interested in imaginary play. We do not want children running and knocking down younger children.
A warning will be given the first time, second time they will not be allowed in the play area, we will ask for the child to be removed from the play area to allow for others to play safely. They can sit and read in our reading area or in our reception area. On the 3rd time you will be asked to leave without a refund.
Food and Use of Session
We will currently be phasing in our café and food options. Feel free to bring your snacks from home. We are also a peanut free facility.
Open Play is NOT for birthdays or celebrating with cake. Please speak to one of our staff members about booking the facility on the weekends for your party needs.
Adult to Child Ratio
All Open Play spots are reserved for one child and up to 2 adults. Depending on capacity (during peak season) we may have to charge for extra adults.
Maximum Capacity
Open Play has a maximum capacity of 20 children and 4-5 infants per session.
Parties have a maximum capacity of 50 guests total. Please refer to the party details for child capacities and add ons.
Allotted Time / Cancellations / Refunds
Each session comes with 2 hours (120 mins) of play and may not exceed that allotted time.
Cancellations for OPEN play must be done at least 24 hours before your reserved time to get credit towards another date. We do not offer refunds, only credit There is a strict NO credit /NO refund policy on ALL last minute (within 24hrs) or same-day cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes passes & memberships as well. You can pass your reservation to someone else to not lose your money. Unfortunately we will not be responsible for making these arrangements to pass your reservation on to someone else for you.
Birthday party cancellations can be canceled up to 72 hours in advance. In case of a cancellation due to sickness, we can issue you a credit or attempt to re-book your party for the next available date.
Gift Certificates and Play Pack Passes
Gift certificates and play pack passes expire after 6months.
Check-in procedures:
If you believe you or someone in your household have been exposed to COVID19 or have any other sick symptoms, we ask that you please stay home.

During peak times, we ask that you not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your reservation. You can check in early and while you wait for your reservations, you can settle the kids in.
Check in at the reception desk and please remove your shoes and place them in our cubbies. There is a coat rack for any outerwear that you would like to hang up.
During peak times, winter, and wet season we will ask you to park your strollers in our covered outdoor vestibule.
Socks are required for both adults and children. Grip socks recommended for children. We also offer socks and shoe covers for purchase.
Masks are OPTIONAL during Open Play.
All patrons are required to wash their hands or sanitize using any of our sanitation stations before entering the play area. Please make sure to re-sanitize once you are done with any snacks.
Children may NOT be left unsupervised at the play area.
During our peak season, a staff member will alert you 10 minutes prior to the end of your designated time so you may promptly prepare your children to leave.
The baby area is strictly for children under 12 months or non-walkers. Children over the age limit or non crawlers are not allowed as toys in that area are meant for small, gentler hands. We want to avoid children being pushed or stepped on.
Please make sure you put all the toys that have been in your children's mouth in one of our "Yucky Buckets." There is a red bucket on the shoe cubbie at the front entrance.
